• Introduce you to your personal project manager. Both the Forman of Design-Build and your personal Account Manager will remain available throughout the installation process and beyond.

Begin Installation: Our team arrive on site on a pre-determined date, and will conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner while on site.

• Keep your property orderly throughout the process.
• Conduct ourselves professionally.
• Perform all tasks with quality and expertise.

Communicate, Communicate, Communicate: Every step of the way, we will do all we can to keep you informed on our activities.

• Keep an open line of communication.
• Inform you about any concerns or changes should they arise.
• Listen attentively and make ourselves available to you.
